Praying for you

(I don't find myself in a world surrounded by believers. As comfortable as that would be, I have been placed among the lost and searching. Not just to tell them about Jesus... but to love them as Jesus does.

I'm praying for you
as the sun peaks its face
As the birds stretch their wings
to face a new day
I take a deep breath
then I think of you
I welcome a smile
as I so often do
I ask God to help you
as you walk through your day
And He gives you my hugs
because I'm so far away
I pray most of all
you will see that you need
Jesus' love
and serenity
