A Century of Praise

To my Aunt Agnes: (Born March 9, 1907)

May the Breath of Heaven sustain you as long as your mission on this earth is yet to be completed. May the joy of Christ continue to surround you and His unending love embrace you. As your strength continues, as your love increases, May those who call you friend be ever so blessed. Your life, your years... What a testimony to the abundant and overwhelming grace of God.

I love you
Your friend, Ruby

All these years you’ve given me
How blessed am I
You’ve sustained me through so much
Given me Your wings to fly

Given me my daily bread
My health, my very breath
You keep holding me on the forefront of life
Sparing me from the cords of death

Now those I’ve loved
Who have spent their last hours
Were they not as blessed as I?
Your purpose, Your plan, my future, my hope
I still enjoy as the eve draws nigh

Every flower You’ve ever planted through me
Has blossomed and multiplied
This garden of mine has a beauty arrayed
And a fragrance so divine

So my days left in earthly service
Be they many or be they few
Lord, let every minute, every hour
Be an offering back to You
